THE WHOLESALE ORDRING PROCESS

Request wholesale account by filling in request form with with your company information.

REQUEST ACCOUNT

We will manually process your request within 1-2 working days to verify the information provided. If everything is OK, we’ll approve you as a user.
You will receive an email with your user name and password to log in the wbesite as a wholesale client.
Add products that you would like to order. Please note that when you proceed to the payment process, chooese Bank Deposit as the payment method. Please do not make bank transfer yet.
We’ll confirm the order in accordance to stock or conditions and send you an email with the invoice. You will then proceed with payment via bank transfer.
We will ship your order within 24-72 hours after receiving your payment.

Terms and Conditions

Minimum Order Amount & RRP

Minimum Order Amount (MOA) is €300.

Product Selling Price (RRP) should be the same or slightly higher than the Recommended Retail Price (RRP), indicated on our website.

Wholesale prices, displayed on this website, do not include tax. Read more on VAT charges in our FAQ.

Minimum Order for Free Shipping:

To addresses in Italy €500

to Other EU Countries €1000

Delivery time Order preparation time is within 4 business days. Standard delivery time in Italy is 48-72 business hours. For large orders (10 boxes and more) the transit time may take up to 7 working days.

Payment We accept an advance full payment by wire transfer.

Products, purchased from Eli Cosmetics, CANNOT be sold on Amazon or other third party platforms.

Brand availability varies per country as per distribution right with the manufacturer. Register your wholesale account to access products, available in your specific country.

Returns Withdrawal Withdrawal returns are not permitted.

Product damage and inconsistencies Should products be received in poor condition / damaged during transportation, the communication must be made to Eli Cosmetics within a maximum period of 5 days from the delivery date. Contact your dedicated account manager or ecom@eli-cosmetics.com to discuss available options and resolve this matter.

Expiration date The buyer is fully responsible for sales & marketing of goods to ensure and guarantee stock rotation. Eli Cosmetics does not bear responsibility for unsold products, and does not accept returns of expired products.
